Deep United Club, a distinguished social organization in the heart of Deep 16, Pokhara, Gandaki Province, Nepal, envisions creating a community where collective efforts bring about positive and sustainable change. Since its establishment, the Club has been dedicated to positively impacting society through various social and volunteer activities. Dedicated to uplifting the region and its people, the Club focuses on diverse projects and collaborations that address local issues and empower the youth and women to lead the way.
Since its inception, the Club has been involved in various social and volunteer endeavours. It hosts annual initiatives like blood donation, Seti Marg cleanup, tours for older people, Deep Saj (an annual music event during Deusi and Bhailo during the Tihar festival), and the yearly Futsal tournament. Additionally, the Club plays a pivotal role in the region’s social development. It leads and participates in local development initiatives, including renovating the Seti Marg Road, a section from the Gorkha Museum to Lamachaur Road, constructing a resting area for older people near the bus station, and installing solar streetlights along the Seti Marg Road.
